This painting tells a story of a person with the weight of the world on their shoulders, almost slipping through their hands. The Red represent the pressure and heat of the situations in life. I enjoyed painting this piece it was more detailed then others I have done due to all the shades in the photo I was going off of. I was in a very gitty and hyper mood while I painted this piece. I felt very challenged at the time when starting this piece but it came along quiet nice and I was very happy with the outcome of this piece. This painting has already been sold. This painting was a request as a gift for someone I did A very simple Pop Art style to make it feel fresh and different. The choose of colors are the color of Jeff Gordon that I had seen him wearing in his photos. They can come off as bright but that was what I was going for not dull.
